Life without dreams; where would I be;
I would be but a robot or a machine;
I would not reach high; I would not set goals;
I would pass through life but with out soul;
I would drift through time with no meaning for life;
for a dream is a place where we can be free;
we can reach for the sky;
we can be who we want;
we can dance on the stars; or do what we want;
as my head lies on my pillow my eyes closed to the world outside;
my mind is lost in dreams; my soul my heart so full of life;
I dream of places I’ve never seen;
I dream of love and what is yet to be;
my soul is in a far off place as my head lies on this pillow this night;
when I wake up I realize my dream is not but a dream at all;
it is life; or For what I can make it be!
